All Dash Theory pieces are handmade. Because many are made using vintage and unique findings, most pieces are one-of-a-kind.  If there was a specific piece you want that has been sold, please contact us and I will do my best to create something similar for you.

If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you may exchange the item for another within 7 days of receipt of goods. All returns must be in new, unworn condition and include all original packaging.

Items that are listed as final sale may not be exchanged or returned.  Custom designs, special orders, or altered goods are not returnable or exchangeable. Goods that are damaged will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

Please contact us prior to sending any returns or exchanges.  We recommend using insured, trackable delivery when sending merchandise back to us.  We are not responsible for lost packages and cannot issue a refund if your package is lost or damaged.
